Doggie Day!
Today is a strange day. Suddenly received news of two new dogs from friends and it brings back memories of our own pet shadow the English Bull Terrier! When one take a look at a puppy or a photo of a puppy, it is the truest thing to Love at First Sight! Do you agree? I just fall in love with puppies! I guess every kid knows that and at Pet Shops you’ll see parents having a tough time dragging their kids away all the time they scream Buy for me pleaseeeeee!
Without much ado I am glad to present you two beautiful specimens of their own Category. Meet Kess and Easter!
This is Kess and the first time I met her was Oh nearly 6 years ago when she was 8 weeks old I guess. If you go jogging in the Kiara Hills maybe you might have seen her doing her jog too! Kess is a super-techie dog and she holds a blog “Its A Dog’s Life” and please say Hi to her would you?
Awwgh! ain’t she beautiful and lovable? She is Easter and a newly acquired pet of Deborah my nephew’s bride-to-be! She named her so because she joined the family on Easter day just past. I have not met her personally but expect so this week-end!Last but not least I post a photo of our own Shadow here! Miss him heaps but due to our circumstances, it is kinder to let someone else who have the time and energy to take care of him. He resides in Prai now with Pastor Eddie, a family friend sort of.

People who want pets must make the commitment to take care of them by giving them love and time. Housing them and feeding them aren’t quite enough. I would definitely like to have a dog one day, when I have more time in hand and a large compound.
Now I just have to be contented with my fishes.

i love dogs….and i had 2 at home..my dogs were not bought and they stray into my compound and i made them my own…when nobody comes to claim them….i love them as they are….no matter what their breed….they are always loyal and lovable ….
Hola Bokjae! I’m afraid of dogs, even the little ones…was chased by a stray when I was younger so phobia la.. Picture 2 is cute though, that doggie looks gentle!

A dog is a man’s best friend. We nearly adopted a beagle from the RSPCA but my son couldn’t wait for the checking process so we ended up buying a West Highland.
After 2 and a half years, we realised the poor dog was not getting enough attention and we gave him to the West Highland society to be adopted.
We know he is in good hands of a family who only breeds and cares for Westies.

Dogs are great companions. I remember having different stray dogs in Penang. One of them walked me to the bus stop. It refused to go home until my bus came. One day it disappeared. After a few years it came back with a mark on its forehead. It must have been kept by an Indian family.
Now that I live in the U.S. I develop allergy and can’t tolerate pollens and dust, molds, and animal fur. Isn’t it sad that I can’t have a pet?
I had a Golden Retriever once that my pastor adopted when I moved to a new home with a small yard. I guess pastors can’t say no.
