A Special Visitor

Yesterday we had a special visitor and its none other than Kess! She came with her human parents and Doris, her DH and Clayton! We had a sumptious lunch and a great time of catching-up. I borrowed some photos from Kess’s Blog since my digital camera was out of commission so to say. Here are the photos to share with you friends.

The food was great and I guess everyone loves Rock’s Caramel Custard! It was with great effort for her to make this dessert for us all. Hey Miche, you did not know that we have Doris as our common blogger friend? Personally I hope that one day we can meet our blogger friends in person either in Malls or on the street! Remembered that Cbenc12 mistaken somebody as me while she was commuting to work in our LRT! We gossiped about common friends and bloggers like Tracy who is in Ningbo China! My latest Friends Award from Jasmine highlighting Trust, Kindness, Honesty and Caring are so true in our relationship with others! Our visitors yesterday definitely personified these qualities! What a wonderful time we had!

Friends

Ever since we started blogging, we have made many many great friends all over the world! I am a firm believer in ‘making peace with all’ and what better way than developing friendships. From blogs, we can make friends easily, without having to leave home, cross borders, race and creed!

One great friend that I come to know is Sweet Jasmine of Rainbow! She expressed our friendship in such a wonderful way and generous as she is she gave us an Award! Thanks Sweet Jasmine for having thought of us when you gave this Award. What exquisite words used on this Award. Trust, Kindness, Honesty and Caring. I guess these are the intrinsic qualities in any healthy relationship.

Doggie Day!

Today is a strange day. Suddenly received news of two new dogs from friends and it brings back memories of our own pet shadow the English Bull Terrier! When one take a look at a puppy or a photo of a puppy, it is the truest thing to Love at First Sight! Do you agree? I just fall in love with puppies! I guess every kid knows that and at Pet Shops you’ll see parents having a tough time dragging their kids away all the time they scream Buy for me pleaseeeeee!
Without much ado I am glad to present you two beautiful specimens of their own Category. Meet Kess and Easter!
This is Kess and the first time I met her was Oh nearly 6 years ago when she was 8 weeks old I guess. If you go jogging in the Kiara Hills maybe you might have seen her doing her jog too! Kess is a super-techie dog and she holds a blog “Its A Dog’s Life” and please say Hi to her would you?
Awwgh! ain’t she beautiful and lovable? She is Easter and a newly acquired pet of Deborah my nephew’s bride-to-be! She named her so because she joined the family on Easter day just past. I have not met her personally but expect so this week-end!
Last but not least I post a photo of our own Shadow here! Miss him heaps but due to our circumstances, it is kinder to let someone else who have the time and energy to take care of him. He resides in Prai now with Pastor Eddie, a family friend sort of.
