Warning Signs
When my wife rock had a stroke, I recognized the symptoms and immediately rushed her to a hospital. Thank God that when that happened we were in a car and I was driving. I have read about these signs but never really care too much about them. I am sure many people out there may not have read much about these signs. It is good to know and who knows perhaps you could save someone’s life by recognizing the signs and get a doctor quickly. So here are the so call Warning Signs given by Stroke Connection USA.
- Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
- Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
- Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
- Sudden, severe headache with no known cause
Do take not of the above and perhaps someone’s life depended on them.

Got something to say?

Hi Cheong,
Wow, you look really adorable in the photo.
With your dedication and determination, you’ll definitely going to be an inspiration to people around you.
Most people just get stuck with their “problems”, so much so that they might even forget to wake up. However, you are different, no matter what happened, you always seem to be able to cheer up those around you as well!
I’m pleased to have the privilege to know you better know, with your blog.
Best wishes, Fione

hi, first time dropping by. i am personally touched by stroke as my father was a stroke survivor for more than 20 years. tell your wife never to give up hope. my father practiced writing again with his left hand and did pretty well teaching me when i was a child. the easiest way to remember signs of stroke is FAST.
F - Face. One side drooping?
A - Arms. Does one drift downward?
S - Speech. Slurring?
T - Time. Act fast if any is YES.
It’s not easy being a carer, take care of yourself to take care of your wife. God bless.
