I'm sure you have guessed correctly that this is a Prison in UK! Wow! It sure looks much better than many Hotels! Criminals are treated so well nowadays!

Wow amazing. Sadly to note that prison now defeats the purpose of punishment, but then, I am not a believer in prison as a punishment.
