bokjae perhaps got parents sponsor a certain percentage like how most young couples here that we know of. Nowadays most fresh grads came out of uni no job yet but already got cars … courtesy of parents wat Before I get hit with stones, pls note, I said “MOST” not “ALL”. I am aware that there are those who really worked hard to have gotten what they have, with absolutely not a single cent of financial help from anyone.

so expensive also got ppl buying. they probably making lots of money. probably lots of millionaires over there that we don’t know off. I know a regular malaysian doesn’t earn much in salary. really hard to afford a house over a million dollar.

Hello Bokjae, I was over at Aiyah Nonya's tarek her kaki there, and my eye caught your callsign, looks Indonesian. So being my usual kaypoh or sibuk like my wife says, as well 96 channels on TV and nothing to interest me, I masuk take a peep see who is Bokjae?
Ahhh, you now out to pasture, like me. I am in age North of yours by a few blocks. Thats why I have a ahemmm, title infront of my name, ha ha. Otherwise the ladies might get ideas I available, arhaaa ha ha, just joking.
But I keep young by chatting up young ladies, it improves my blood circulation, ha ha.

I was once considering to co-buy a house in Ayer Keroh, Malacca. It’s really affordable when we convert SGD into RM. Recently, been reading up on a few plots in JB, but given the crime rate and in addition, the developers disappeared totally. That’s my only worry if I settle to buy an apartment there.

I’m having doubts over contractors there, it’s hard to get good ones. My uncle’s apt in Pahang was supposed to be built cottage styled but, they changed the entire architecture layout to a simple squarish block like a prison.
