Hello and a warm Welcome to you!
The Walk of Life is a personal diary of sorts as well as a personal ranting on life and living. I am jangbokjae a.k.a. bokjae for short, a full-time home care-giver to my wife, a stroke survivor. Ventured into blogging way back in December 2005 on Blogspot by the name of "Listening, Learning, Living". In January 2009, I migrated the blog to my own hosting and with a name change as well. Blogging is our way of keeping contact with the outside world, making friends along the way and building bridges so to say with our readers and fellow Bloggers!
Mostly I share on personal authentic life experiences in Malaysia, our society and culture of Overseas Chinese living here. Social concerns and local politics are included simply because these issues that affect and influence not only quality wise but quantitatively as well.
As a full-time home care-giver, I am also sharing some of my own personal experience in stroke, stroke rehab, care-giving and some health tips.
Hope you enjoy reading the stories here. I have to say that there are quite a bit of humor posts from my own personal experience as well as a collection from other people. I believe that having a sense of humor in life helps us to handle tough situations better!
Finally, your comments are most welcome and through such exchanges we stand to listen to your views and learn from your own experiences in life's journey!
Thank-you! Hope you return time and again! Just click "Blog Posts" at the top to read the most recent story!
